otlta is a digital, cloud-based software service operated by Jodi Anoorabh LLP. It has no physical goods, so nothing is shipped or physically delivered.

How the service is delivered

Access is delivered electronically over the internet. When you create an account, your workspace is provisioned immediately at app.otlta.com. When you subscribe to a paid plan, the plan's features are enabled on your organization as soon as the payment is confirmed — typically within a few minutes.

Availability

The service is accessed online at app.otlta.com. We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime. There are no delivery charges, and there is no physical dispatch, tracking, or courier involved.

If access doesn't arrive

If a payment succeeds but your plan isn't enabled within a few minutes, email support@otlta.com or call us and we'll fix it right away. See our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy for billing questions.
