Refund Policy

otlta is a subscription service operated by Jodi Anoorabh LLP. This policy explains when subscription fees are refundable. It sits alongside our Terms of Service and Cancellation Policy.

Try before you pay

Every plan has a Free tier — three seats, one workspace, forever, no card required — so you can evaluate otlta properly before paying. Because of that, paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as set out below.

Monthly plans

Monthly fees are charged at the start of each billing period and are non-refundable for the current period. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals; you keep paid access until the end of the period you've already paid for, after which the organization moves to the Free plan. Annual plans

If an annual plan isn't the right fit, email support@otlta.com within 7 days of the annual charge and we'll refund it in full. After 7 days, annual fees are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to prevent the next renewal.

Duplicate or erroneous charges

If you were charged in error — a duplicate charge, or a charge after a confirmed cancellation — contact us and we'll refund it in full, regardless of the windows above.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days of approval. We don't charge a processing fee for refunds.
