Cancellation Policy

You can cancel an otlta subscription at any time. This policy explains what happens when you do. It sits alongside our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

How to cancel

Go to Settings → Billing and cancel there — no email or phone call required. If you can't reach the billing settings, email support@otlta.com and we'll cancel for you.

What happens on cancellation

Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for — you keep full access until then, and you aren't charged again. After that, the organization moves to the Free plan (three seats, one workspace) with your data intact. There is no cancellation fee.

Deleting your organization

If you delete your organization instead of cancelling, it's removed from the product immediately; residual copies clear from our encrypted backups within 30 days. See our Privacy Notice for how we retain and delete data.

Refunds

Cancelling stops future charges. Whether any fee you've already paid is refundable is covered by our Refund Policy.
